Cancellation Policy

1. The private sessions are designed to provide personalized attention and focus on your individual language learning needs 2. You choose the time and dates for your private classes and you'll be able to check availability for group classes in our calendar once you book your package. 3. You can book or reschedule your private class with at least 12 hours of notice. If you do not attend a class without prior notice, it will be considered as attended and will be counted towards your total number of classes. - If you wish to reschedule a one-to-one class, you can do it at least 12 hours before having the class. Otherwise, the class will be charged.
