Cancellation Policy
1. Every week we'll talk about a topic of this course. Make sure to attend the class and check out the time of the classes on your booking section of the website. You'll also receive all the materials and videos anyway. 2. By joining this course and classes, you are supporting a group of women proud to helping people learn Spanish and Latin American culture. Cancellation & Refund Policy We offer a 7-day trial period for all memberships and packages. During this time, you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the service. After this 7-day period, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage or class attendance. Why? Our teachers reserve specific time slots and prepare personalized content for each student. Additionally, refund processing involves administrative costs and platform fees that directly impact our ability to sustain a high-quality educational experience.
